Customer Service is No Longer Available

If you call, they'll just push you to their chat help option. You have to call new reservations and have them transfer you to customer service.

I'll never, never do through them again for anything. Just go direct.

Cancellation for my flight from ovago and full refund

O8BC82BI didn't see this kind of behavior before

My flight was canceled by the airline and ovago informed me that a full refund will happen

I didnot receive the full refund after 2 months

And they assigned a customer service agent to my case who every time nogiating the refund by reducing the amount several time

Miscommunication between the customer service

There's really nothing quite like showing up to the airport to check in for a flight that hasn't been in operation for 2 months. Ovago happily took $111 and booked me on Air Transat flight TS 931 that they say was scheduled to depart today, but in actuality hasn't been on Transat's schedule since Oct.

31 2021. There were no Air Transat flights scheduled this morning at all, so there was nobody to talk to in person.

A rep from WestJet helped me find the cheapest flight home, which involves an 8-hour wait and a bus trip a couple cities over, and a total cost of over $400.

$400 I really didn't need to spend today if Ovago had sold me a VALID TICKET to a REAL FLIGHT. Their online chat is useless, and my emails to them have, as yet, gone unanswered.

Waiting on refund (it’s been over a year)

Ovago - Waiting on refund (it’s been over a year)

We are still in the middle of trying to sort out, with OVAGO, a flight that has become refundable with no luck so far. Our experience began in January 2020 when we booked two tickets round trip from Orlando to Paris for July 2020.

Not surprisingly, we were unable to use the tickets and were told by AirCanada that we were eligible for a voucher. We spent several weeks trying to work with the OVAGO staffer who was assigned to us at that time, Sherry, to get this sorted out. After several unsuccessful attempts Sherry finally told us that she had identified that we were eligible but that we would have to pay an extra several hundred dollar fee to OVAGO. Fine, we reluctantly did so in order to have peace of mind.

Fast forward to this past May 2021 when we received an email from AirCanada saying that at this point we were now eligible for a refund of our full ticket value as long as it was requested by July 12th. We of course, needed to go through OVAGO to initiate the refund. Here we are, January 2022, and we still do not have our refund and are being told by AirCanada, when we call to check since communication with OVAGO is spotty and minimal, that there is no record of OVAGO requesting the refund. I have been assured repeatedly by OVAGO and Raul, who is now handling our tickets, that they have requested the refund through AirCanada and are waiting on their response.

It's been over 6 months since we originally requested, we are being told by AirCanada that they don't see the request, and all we are getting from OVAGO is the same line about waiting for the airline along with a string of numbers they are saying is the confirmation number but which AirCanada has repeatedly told us is not a valid number. I would like to believe that there's just a breakdown in communication somewhere and that OVAGO has done what they say they have and that the refund is coming but at this point it feels as though we are being given the run around.

Our experience start to present has been a nightmare, we just want our refund and to move on from this. Do yourself a favor and book your travel with someone else.

Scam Business Run by One Person in India

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST.

Tried to purchase a ticket for internationall flight. After 10 hours "to process" the credit card they said it was declined.

I cancelled the original request, just to find out that they already charged my card to the full amount for a ticket that was never issued. Called many times, always one person, Rodney, in India, answers the call and transfer to a non existant number.

More than a week, no answer from them and the credit card is still charged. This is a scam and I will launch a lawsuit, if anyone wants to join, can be a class actionMEVERNEN

Cancelled ticket 6 days prior to departure

My flight is June 28th, I booked the ticket March of this year. Just yesterday June 22nd, I received an email saying they couldn't find me a seat and they are cancelling my trip.

SERIOUSLY? And was told to call Singapore airlines for rebooking and refund.

I called Singapore airlines-they said we don't do refund or rebooking for tickets that was done by a third company.

THIS IS INJUSTICE OVAGO!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO YOUR JOB AND STOP POINTING YOUR FINGERS TO OTHERS IF YOU CAN'T FIX PROBLEMS YOU CREATED!!!

Never get my flt.protection plan as promised

Started from flight protection valid for 24hrs.nothing happened then changing my flt.for I purchased their plan,texting them for a week,I was told that they will e mail me,then yesterday I was told somebody will call me,empty promises.I called their customer service number and waited for 20mins.I was told I need to pay $350dollars for the airline.So they sold me the protection for nothing.I recommend future flyers to booked to a reputable web sites.Ovago just take your money and never delivered as promised.Not on this website for my family and friends!

I booked a multi-flight ticket with Ovago. RDU-LHR-ZAG-LHR-RDU

Now the airline (BA) has pushed my flight from LHR to ZAG back 24 hours! With no notification.

I have accommodation booked and really don't want to go for just 2 days.

I received no notification from any airline or Ovago about the change. My husband just happened to notice the date change.

I have nothing good to say about this company. They put you on hold forever, only to be told someone will help you.

No one EVER calls you back.

I have called 3 times so far. My travel was cancelled due to COVID and although the airlines refunded the price of travel, Ovago will not return my money.Saf

They are the worst

They sold me a ticket to a non existent , already long discontinued flight. We got stuck in Budapest and had to buy emergency tickets for 1800 $.

The obnoxiously rude customer representative sitting at his desk in Texas , with a horrible Indian accent was keep telling me to buzz off. The flight was there. Moron ! I bought new tickets for fun ?

Anyways.

Avoid this company at all cost. !!!

It has been the most annoying and disrespectful situation I have ever encountered. The company Ovago Lied and scams people.

I booked an international flight, but it was canceled due to Covid because Canada was on lock down. They talked me into paying 100.09 extra to keep my airline credit. I have been trying to use my credit for months now following all of their guidelines, and they keep ignoring me telling me they will get back to me in 24 hours. They even say I can only fly a discounted flight which by the way their website does not say which flight is discounted and when I call, they cannot help me find a discounted flight so how am I supposed to find it...

I picked a flight myself and the exchange team say they are waiting for an airline approval but never call me back or email. They are rude, and I cant ever hear them properly on the phone. I have a supposed credit for 638 dollars, but I just want my money back! A supervisor was supposed to contact me well they never did.

I want a refund right now.

I dont have the time to keep calling and keep trying to use this credit that I have try to contact this company and no answer. They stole my money and now they don't even acknowledge me...

Bad customer service and extra charges

I booked tickets for a trip to see my parents for $254. When I was asked to enter my billing address, the website changed the passenger name to my mother.

Typical technology error. However, I contacted Royce in customer service and was told that there would be no additional cost in order to adjust the name change. They emailed me and told me that the name change can be made, but that the cost of the ticket is now $288. Southwest airlines website has a lower cost, skiplagged (where I originally booked the tickets through) had a lower price, and when I went on Ovago website, there was a lower price.

I asked if I could cancel the tickets and I was told that I would be charged an additional charge of $50. I have no other option from Ovago to correct this mistake other than to pay more for my ticket. I suggest anyone to go through any other booking site.

Horrible customer service. I wasn't offered anything other than a ticket $34 more or a $50 cancelation fee.

Turkish airlines Flight was cancelled, and the company refused to give refund of 1200 dollars which I spent since October 2020. Case is being handled by US department of Transportation.

Never book with them. They will loot your money and fill their pockets
